Looking for a speaker? I'm available to tell your group the inspiring true story behind my novel, The Swan's Nest. I have been researching the history of Elizabeth Barrett, Robert Browning, and their literary circle full-time since 2016 and have had two research fellowships at the Armstrong Browning Library at Baylor University. I have traveled to the places the Barretts and Brownings called home in London, Jamaica, Florence, Rome, Venice, and Bagni di Lucca and love to share the complex history of female empowerment through writing in the 19th century.
